Custom items, such as personalized names, units, or dates, are final sale unless the product is incorrect or defective.

2. Include a photo if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

3. We’ll respond within 24 to 48 hours with a prepaid return label, when applicable.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
