Our Story
Built from family, service, and the little heroes who inspire us.
MilitaryKidsCo. was founded by siblings Andrew and Jenn to celebrate the strength, resilience, and pride of military kids. What began as a conversation about family, service, and honoring the children behind the mission became a brand created with heart, purpose, and pride.
Real family. Real service. Real reason.
Meet The Founders:
Andrew & Jenn
Hi, I’m Andrew.
I joined the Army in November of 2006 and went to Basic Training at Fort Benning, Georgia. From there, I headed to Fort Rucker, Alabama for Advanced Individual Training, where I became an Aviation Operations Specialist (15P). My first duty station was in Ramstein, Germany with the 19th Battlefield Coordination Detachment, and in 2007 I deployed to Iraq and Qatar.
My second duty station brought me to the 1st Infantry Division. I served with 3-1 HHC Attack Helicopter Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment, and deployed again to Iraq from 2010 to 2011. Those two tours showed me how tough deployments can be, not just for soldiers, but for the families and kids waiting back home. I’ve lived it, and I’ve seen the strain it puts on everyone involved.
Since leaving the Army, I’ve married, become a dad, and earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University. But my commitment to serving others never stopped. I helped launch MilitaryKidsCo. because I believe military kids are some of the strongest people out there, and they deserve to be seen and celebrated. This brand is about honoring their story, the good, the hard, and everything in between.
If I can make even one military kid feel proud of who they are and what their family stands for, then this is all worth it.

Hi, I’m Jenn!
Photographer, author, entrepreneur, mom of two, chaos coordinator, and tea drinker.
I spent six years standing beside my husband while he served in the Navy; through deployments, long-distance parenting, twelve-hour shifts that started well before sunrise, and all the quiet (and not so quiet) in-between moments military life brings.
During those years, I often wished there was something that truly celebrated the kids; the silent heroes who serve right alongside the ones in uniform. Something they could wear when they finally saw their hero again after 3... 6... even 9+ months. Something that shouted louder than a standard-issue Navy tee, and definitely something more creative than “Made in [Insert Country] with American Parts.”
By the way, I absolutely bought that shirt after our first daughter was born while we were stationed in Japan. The shirt wasn’t bad… it was just all we had.
I have friends still serving. Parents navigating impossible goodbyes and long separations, and I’ve watched their kids grow up with grit and grace. I know how much even a small gesture of support can matter. This is my way of showing up for them, and for all the brave military children living this unique and honorable life; wrapped in creativity, comfort, and just the right amount of fun.
Thanks for being here. I'm so glad you found us.
