About Us

For The Little Heroes Who Inspire Us
Founded by siblings Andrew and Jenn, MilitaryKidsCo. was created to honor the little heroes of military life.
Andrew, a U.S. Army veteran (2006–2011) with two combat deployments, knows firsthand the weight military life places on families. Jenn, a Navy spouse (2010–2016), has lived through the waiting, the moves, and the emotional homecomings that shape every military household.
Together, we built this brand to celebrate the strength, resilience, and pride of military kids. They carry stories of sacrifice, courage, and love that deserve to be seen and celebrated.
MilitaryKidsCo. is more than apparel, it’s a lifestyle brand made to let kids and families wear their story with pride. From “PCS Pro” shirts to “Welcome Home” onesies, every piece is designed to honor the real moments that define this life: the frequent moves, the long deployments, the joyful reunions, and everything in between.
Whether you’re a seasoned military brat, a first-time PCS parent, or somewhere in the middle, know this:
We see you, and we’re proud to welcome you to the MilitaryKidsCo. family.
Goats, Compounds, And The Call That Started It All
MilitaryKidsCo. was born during one of those sibling phone calls where dreams run wild. We were daydreaming about a family compound. Not a creepy cult compound, but a shared piece of land with chickens, ducks, goats, and a barn with offices, a gym, and a pool outside. A place where our family could live close, stay connected, and thrive together.
Then came the million-dollar question: “Okay, but how do we fund this?”
Cue the laughter, the what-ifs, and a brainstorming session that felt more like comedy improv than business planning. However, somewhere in the middle of tossing out wild ideas and naming our fictional zoo, the conversation shifted to our shared military experiences. Jenn blurted out, “You know who’s under-celebrated? The kids. Wouldn’t it be amazing to create a lifestyle brand just for them?” Andrew lit up instantly.
That was our ah-ha moment. That was where the spark lit and immediately ideas started flying... unique tees, mugs, non-apparel goodies that actually tell kids’ stories.
Then came the name: Military Kids Company- MilitaryKidsCo. We both knew instantly: that was it.
This is one of those you-can’t-make-this-up stories that still makes us laugh, but underneath the laughter it brings us back to why we’re here. Out of goats, chickens, and a wild dream about a compound grew something much bigger, a mission rooted in love, authenticity, and connection.
For us, it has always been about honoring kids, supporting families, and bringing people closer, with a wink of fun and a whole lot of heart. And no, we don’t have the compound yet. Every single sale will bring us a little closer to that dream, and we want you along for the ride. Part of the fun will be keeping you up to date on our compound progress as this journey unfolds.
The Founders: Meet Andrew & Jenn
Hi, I’m Andrew.

I joined the Army in November of 2006 and went to Basic Training at Fort Benning, Georgia. From there, I headed to Fort Rucker, Alabama for Advanced Individual Training, where I became an Aviation Operations Specialist (15P). My first duty station was in Ramstein, Germany with the 19th Battlefield Coordination Detachment, and in 2007 I deployed to Iraq and Qatar.
My second duty station brought me to the 1st Infantry Division. I served with 3-1 HHC Attack Helicopter Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment, and deployed again to Iraq from 2010 to 2011. Those two tours showed me how tough deployments can be, not just for soldiers, but for the families and kids waiting back home. I’ve lived it, and I’ve seen the strain it puts on everyone involved.
Since leaving the Army, I’ve married, become a dad, and earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University. But my commitment to serving others never stopped. I helped launch MilitaryKidsCo because I believe military kids are some of the strongest people out there, and they deserve to be seen and celebrated. This brand is about honoring their story, the good, the hard, and everything in between.
If I can make even one military kid feel proud of who they are and what their family stands for, then this is all worth it.

Hi, I’m Jenn!
Photographer, author, entrepreneur, mom of two, chaos coordinator, and tea drinker.
I spent six years standing beside my husband while he served in the Navy; through deployments, long-distance parenting, twelve-hour shifts that started well before sunrise, and all the quiet (and not so quiet) in-between moments military life brings.
During those years, I often wished there was something that truly celebrated the kids; the silent heroes who serve right alongside the ones in uniform. Something they could wear when they finally saw their hero again after 3... 6... even 9+ months. Something that shouted louder than a standard-issue Navy tee, and definitely something more creative than “Made in [Insert Country] with American Parts.”
By the way, I absolutely bought that shirt after our first daughter was born while we were stationed in Japan. The shirt wasn’t bad… it was just all we had.
I have friends still serving. Parents navigating impossible goodbyes and long separations, and I’ve watched their kids grow up with grit and grace. I know how much even a small gesture of support can matter. This is my way of showing up for them, and for all the brave military children living this unique and honorable life; wrapped in creativity, comfort, and just the right amount of fun.
Thanks for being here. I'm so glad you found us.
